How do I get to the Drayton Surgery?

By Car If travelling out of Norwich, continue on the Drayton High Road until you reach the traffic lights (The Cock Inn should be on your right). Turn right and head up School Road (the Red Lion should be on your left). Bear left at the mini roundabout, then turn right into Manor Farm Close. The Surgery is a few hundred yards up the road on your right.

If travelling towards Norwich, continue down the Fakenham Road until you reach the Red Lion Public House. Turn left here into School Road. Continue up the road and bear left at the mini roundabout, then turn right into Manor Farm Close. The Surgery is a few hundred yards up the road on your right.

Drayton is served by a number of buses running to and from the City Centre.

How do I get to the St Faiths Surgery?

From Norwich – leave the City past the airport. Continue on the A140 and then follow the signs for the St Faiths Crematorium. Continue through the village, you should pass the Black Swan Public House on your right, and a short distance up the road the surgery will be on your left.

If travelling towards the City, follow the A140 towards Norwich and then follow the signs for the St Faiths Crematorium. Continue through the village, you should pass the Black Swan Public House on your right, and a short distance up the road the surgery will be on your left.

Is there parking available?

Yes, a free car park is available at both surgeries.

Who do I contact when the surgery is closed?

When the surgery is closed you telephone call will be directed to the NHS111 answering service who will be able to help you or point you in the right direction for further assistance.

There is a Walk-in Centre available in the Castle Mall in Norwich.  More information can be found here.
